- For a binding booking a deposit of 3 days stay is requested
- Supplement for 3rd and 4th person: 25,00 €
- Free stay for children up to 6 years of age
- Supplement for children from 6 to 14 years 20,00 €
- final cleaning fee 40,00 €
- local tax 0,85 € per person (over the age of 14) per day
terms of payment:
- We do only accept cash payment up to the amount of 2999,00 € and bank transfer for payments exeeding this amount. We do not accept credit cards or travellers cheques.
Cash withdrawals can be made at the Raiffeisen 500m from our house.
reversal of booking:
- For a cancellation of your booking between 90 and 28 days in advance we will not return the deposit. For cancellations of less than 28 days in advance we will charge the full amount of your stay.
To be secure we recommend you to take out a proper insurance.
